Buyer demand increases while home prices edge up
The Greater Vancouver housing market enters the summer season with home buyer activity on the rise.
The benchmark price for detached properties increased 6.2% from June 2013 to $976,700.
The benchmark price of an apartment property increased 2.4% from June 2013 to $378,000.
The benchmark price of an attached unit increased 3.1% between June 2013 and 2014 to $471,200.
